HELLO AND WELCOME
I’m a physician and health and wellness enthusiast. I’m here to help you reduce stress and overwhelm so that you can be the healthiest version of you.
My goal is to help you relax your mind and calm your nervous system so you can start creating your best health today.
I'm here to help you...
I know how stressful life can be. I also know personally and professionally how stress, anxiety and overwhelm can cause serious effects on your health.
I’ve spent many years of my life in a ‘go-go-go’ state. It was like there was always one more achievement to chase down.
Eventually I decided to slow down and become intentional with how I approached my life. I prioritized my mental and physical health so I could regain the energy and vitality I had in my 20s!
While I respect the values of conventional medicine…and still work in a hospital every week…I also know the importance of self-health.
As someone who has been where you are, let me tell you, you have more power over your health than you realize.
That’s why everything I share here is meant to help you take ownership of your own health. Get out of your own head and start taking action today.
If you're interested in creating better health and energy, I have some resources for you!
The Key Components of Being Recharged Daily
A positive mindset gives you the resilience to respond to life’s biggest challenges.
Calm Nervous System
Being able to calm your nervous system takes you out of ‘fight or flight’ mode.
Making healthy lifestyle choices promotes self-healing and prevents chronic disease.
Get to Know Me
When I’m not working on Recharged Daily, you’ll find me running on the trails, paddle boarding on the Bay or at the hospital seeing patients in my pain clinic.
I’ve always enjoyed being active and seeking out new adventures. In the last few years I’ve learned that I have to balance the adventures with plenty of time for recovery.
As an active athlete and physician, I’ve created Recharged Daily to help you reduce the effects of stress and improve your health by creating healthy lifestyle habits.
I received by B.S. in Biology from Duke University and my M.D. from the University of North Carolina. I went on to do a residency in Anesthesiology at UNC followed by a fellowship in Pain Medicine at the University of California San Diego.
